in Gods Work We Bless

My friend Jeny (and downline) was requested to make cards for a quilt group at a church she works with weekly. They make quilts for baptismal children, and other events at the church. She immediately thought of this stamp set for the project. It may be for Easter, but she is right, I see more than Easter in it.

She made the cards in mint and saffron, which will fit any child. And any family would feel blessed to receive a handmade card for the baptism of their child.

Jeny watercolored the crosses using the new watercolor pencils. And, and, and she hand threaded linen thread through the apex of each cross, 25 cards!!! The look is beautiful but she is crazy. She said it didn't take very long to do all 25 cards. Well, that would have been a half a day for me!

Below are the supplies used for this project. Now I want to play with this set!
