March Diva Blog Hop - Spring has Sprung and Easter is Coming Soon!

(I hope you have arrived from Denise's Blog)

For the blog hop this month I am featuring an upcoming class I have, as my stamp room is in boxes in several places my move is in progress. I miss my stuff and my overly large studio (it was 700 SF) down to 216 square feet, but I am going to make it work. My friend Jeny keeps me going. Ikea has been my most visited place lately.

I love this cute treat bag for Easter treat bag. Two color theme choices. $5 for the class on March 28 and possibly one more date. But more on that in another post.

Stamps Happy Easter Bunny 137152
Inks Memento ink pad 132708
Papers Whisper White cardstock 100730; Pacific Point, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight; Marina Mist, Blushing Bride, So Saffron
Accessories Kraft Polka Dot Treat Bag 135503, Doilies 129399, Mini Metallic Clothespins 133320, Mini Brads 122941, White Bakers Twine 124262, Ovals Collection Framelits 129381, Pansy flower punch 130698, Petite Petals flower punch 133322, Itty Bitty Accents punch pack 133787, Gold Sequins trim 132983 or Bermuda Bay trim 137910, Many Marvelous Markers, Candy

Instead of directions this month I created a simple photo how to do this project using the #projectlifeapp and #PLxSU. The picture really doesn't show it but I did split the paper on both bigger flowers into two. Easy to do that by crumpling or using your bone folder across the paper to break up the fibers. Split apart with your fingers.

Thank you for stopping by my blog this month. Happy stamping (yay! its spring), Sandy

Hop on to Autumn next

Under Construction

I did not fall of the face of the blogosphere. I am under construction. Not my site.

We are in the last stages of a major move. Really a double move. Moving into parents house moving out of ours. House moving into had not been decorated since construction 50 some years ago and not downsized in about as long. This has been a many month process. Long and painful. Going thru both parents lives. While my mother is still alive it is trying to figure out what needs to be kept. Getting the house ready for four new people is a process. We are still in phase 1 of that.

And the next phase. Cleaning up, some redecorating and remodeling on our house and packing our belongings. I am getting really tired. And for my artsy side at the worst point. All my stuff is currently packed up save for a few items!!!!!  My friend Jeny has been helping me and keeping me going when I just want to curl up in a corner and take a long nap.

Tomorrow if I am not exhausted we are painted the wood paneling in my parents basement so I can go shopping for new studio storage and start setting this up and getting into my happy zone again.

Not to mention I do have many classes coming up. Check out my calebdar for those. Those I am ready for, ironically.

So please be patient. I will be participating in the monthly Diva Blog hop on the 15th (somehow).

See ya soon. Will be exciting to post pix of the new digs. But not yet. Too messy.

Thanks, Sandy
