Happy Halloween

Final resting place for my month of Halloween projects. So much fun I had making  and sharing all these items. Already have some Christmas ones in the works.

Let them eat Cake!

What's a celebration without cake! This cake was modeled after one that Carrie Cudney did at her candy presentation at Convention this summer. I am so pleased with it. It is plenty sturdy. Trust me. This cake has logged tons of miles the past few months and is holding up just fine. The candy bar wraps are 1 1/4" x 3. I sponged each edge. The cake base is an actual plastic cake base from Wilton. Lots of sticky strip and lots of sponging and lots of the new glitter glue around the scallop edges. I would make one of these again, but design the candy cello tube pendelum much differently. As you can see, with all the tossing around one of the bags is beyond repair. I could replace it but I am not even sure I am going to save this thing for next year. Not really sure what to do with it at all. See above for close ups. I wanted the close ups below but had trouble getting the syntax to allow that. Believe it or not this project was far more di...
