A Beginning and an Ending

I started out my day celebrating a new life in the family, my cousins first grandchild! Actually the first grand of that familial generation. Congrats to Ruth and Tyler! Your little bundle of joy and sleeplessness will soon be here.

From there I went to the funeral of my friend Sue. Pictured above is what the Stampin' divas came up with for a memorial. Fresh flowers only last for days, paper flowers can last a lifetime. The names of all the Divas wrap nicely around the cross. We also had a display board of some of the stampin' events she attended and another board of some of her precious creations. Sue would never have believed this was all for her. She deserved it. She would have been so incredibly touched by the outpouring of gratitude for her boundless generousity of service to others. She served a life well lived in service to God, Church, family and friends. RIP Sue.
