Idea for a quick finish to the gift bags that come in the Celebration Basics Kit from Stampin' Up! In the Occasions catalog. Item 133007. Comes with 8 bags. 

I added Dimensionals, washi tape, and the stamp and ink. White tape is included. Now what to put in the treat bag???
