Periscope Starts

So Monday July 27, 7 pm I held my first Periscope session with @needsaribbon Periscope is a newer social media from Twitter where users live stream.

I jumped in with both feet having never even played with the technology before I hit play for the session. The first 30 seconds where nerve racking and rough. But I got into my grove. For now my focus is going to be creating live and raw and in person. I grabbed a few supplies and just created right in front of you. No prep, no plan. Just trying to show my creative process in order to help others who want it or are stuck in a creative block.

Here is what I came up with my first session

I kept it simple for my first time. I wasn't even sure how to stop the stream at the end. Like I said, I jumped in with both feet.

Now I am not sure what I will do with the video as it is grainy and raw footage due to its a live stream. Not the polished stuff on YouTube. I am willing to take suggestions. Maybe I will upload it to YouTube and see what happens.

Thanks for stopping by, happy stamping, Sandy
