Here she is my favorite new framelet in purple royalty. I cut extra layers using scraps of paper and just the bottom of the scallop framelet. I ran all the layers adhered together through the lattice embossing folder to give it a rich texture.
Colors used were: wisteria wonder, perfect plum, elegant eggplant.
I spritzed the dress with frost white shimmer paint when it was done. And that is the large scallop heart framelet in whisper white. Not sure why the whites yellowed in the picture.
She needs a grand event to go to, maybe prom? Or a coronation?
