Stamps:  Inspired by Nature 111656
Inks:  StayzOn Black 101406, Bermuda Bay 115654 (retired), Dusty Durango 115655 (retired), Soft Suede 115657, Crushed Curry 115659 (retired)
Papers:  Glossy White 102599, Basic Black 121045, Dusty Durango 115321 (retired), Soft Suede 115318
Accessories: Sponges 101610

Using a sponge I sponged on Soft Suede ink, Dusty Durango, Bermuda Bay Crushed Curry inks. I sponged pretty heavily to get the colors so dark. Then I stamped on the grass image in StayzOn instead of Classic or Craft inks because of the glossy card stock. It will not smear and dries quickly.

This card was made for my brother-in-laws birthday last spring. I do like the hazy effect the sponging had creating the colors one might see over a marsh at sunset. I purposely left the area around where the greetings layer blank to make it stand out from the background more. This would be a simple card to make and many different color combinations are possible, depending on your intended receiver.
