Yes. It is the season of giving (and maybe receiving). Which means we like to enhance our gifts with pretty bows and tags and bags and wrap. It elevates the gift, especially if the packaging is handmade.
This tag is the VIP project from my Card Studio event. At the Card Studio for Christmas I had over 40 card samples to help plan your Christmas card. As part of the class you get one on one time with a professional. And the perk for ordering your supplies from me is I will cut your card bases and basic pieces for free and deliver with your order within two weeks of order. No Big Shot work or punching.
At the event of you brought a friend you were able to do an extra project. This tag is the VIP project.
Supplies:
STAMPS: Festival of Trees 135059
INKS: Crumb Cake 126975, Cherry Cobbler 126966
PAPERS: White thick cardstock 140272, Merry Moments DSP 138450
ACCESSORIES: Crumb Cake 3/8" stitched ribbon 138428, Cherry Cobbler thick bakers twine 138414, Tree punch 135859, Tree builder punch 138295, Scallop Tag Topper punch 133324, 1" circle punch 119868, glue dots 103683
I like the thick cardstock for this project because tags get bounced and banged a lot.
In planning all this made me realize Black Friday is in two weeks. It also made me realize we only buy gifts for the four of us now because the family is smaller and the dynamics have changed. It made me think that maybe we need to look at doing something for the community.
How whom do you exchange Christmas gifts with and why?
