Simply Stamping with the Daisy Delight Stamp set

Video on simply just stamping!

On Wednesday, (September 12, 2018) I decided that during my Live I would strip back on all the fun new products, tools and techniques I have been showing all summer. It seemed like a good time to just do some super simple stamping. You remember that, the stuff that grew a great big global company to 30 great years in business. Yes, that Stampin' Up!

Using the Daisy Delight stamp set (143669 $17) and coordinating Daisy punch (143713 $18), I went simple. And along that same line I thought showing progressively stepped down in size and simplicity would be good.

First card is a full size standard card and envelope. A4 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches.
Second card was made using our Notecards and Envelopes in white (131527 $6.50). 3 1/2 x 5 inches
The third card is a mini 3x3 inch card and envelope (145829 $9.50). These are great to tuck in with a gift.

tiny 3x3 inch card

Ink colors I used

  • Daffodil Delight
  • Early Espresso
  • Garden Green
  • Crushed Curry
  • Soft Suede

If you are going to make a lot of the mini notes in 3x3 inches, I recommend using our 12x12 Whisper White cardstock instead of the standard sized paper in 8 1/2 x 11. There is zero waste with the 12x12 paper. You get 8 out of a sheet of paper, rather than 3 with a lot of wasted paper. 12 x 12 paper is 124302 and is $7.75 a pack of 12 sheets. We have Vanilla too.

I hope this inspires you to step back and simplify your stamping once in a while. No Big Shot folders or dies, no fancy techniques, just stamping at it's finest.
