Dreaming of White Tufted Leather Couch

I have been dreaming of a white tufted leather couch ever since I saw one at IKEA. Why does this call to me so much? I love leather for couches. especially since we have pets (cats). I liked the IKEA one a bit but for some crazy ol reason I have to have one when we redecorate this summer.

Yes I am hiring a decorator. It is not as expensive as you think and they will do the planning and give advice on furniture, textiles and more. It's cheaper than this one ottoman I want but will hold off purchasing as it probably won't work for what I want anyway. A few bucks for sound advice is so much better than having to repaint or buying the wrong furniture. Honestly I wish I had done this with my living room years ago. It's not a snooty thing it's a smart choice.

Here are my picks so far. Maybe the decorator will laugh at me, maybe not.

The third one really fits our family and the fifth one will probably what the decorator recommends. They all have a different design aesthetic.

Oh why must you haunt me??? Problem would be solved if I would stay out of ikea. Like ever.

Have you ever had a piece of furniture haunt you? Or the strong desire to decorate? My hubs would say it's too much HGTV. Nope. Not enough.

Thanks for stopping by, happy stamping and furniture shopping, Sandy

Update: Visited Ikea today. Very comfy couch. It needs the middle section though.

If (big if) I were to get a white leather couch, I'd choose the rounded arms with the black legs.
