Wreath Decoration

Made by Valerie, this would be a beautiful decoration in your home. Cut flowers, scrunch and hot glue to ribbon wrapped foam wreath. Stampin' Up! Newsprint paper would work as it is quite thin. Finish w rosettes and flowers. Plus hers is my fave colors.
