Crate Full of Daisies

It's summertime in the northern hemisphere and gardens are blooming with flowers. We are cutting and display our harvests, some times in rustic farmhouse crates, as the one pictured here.

Personally, my once green thumb has turned brown. And now with my knees there isn't much I can do. My husband loves to plant and garden and putter around the yard. I like the planning. In our previous house, I had the front yard landscaped such that it was in bloom with color from early spring until first snow. The same plants won't work in this house, much different soil, but I would love to have the same effect in the front yard, and maybe around our shed.

This is another simpler card to make, but those daisies in the crate pack a big pow!

I used parts from several different product suites, and it worked! The crate and paper are from the Wood Textures suite on pages 158-159 Annual Catalog.  The flowers are from the Delightful Daisy Suite on pages 126-127 of the Annual Catalog. The designer paper is from the Color Theory Suite on pages 146-147 Annual Catalog. It all came together quite nicely.

If you haven't ordered the Delightful Daisy product suite, order it now! It is a hot ticket item and already briefly went into backorder. It is safely back in stock now. Don't delay. Order today!
